Photo Mosaics
I’m sure David Hockney wasn’t the first person to make a photo mosaic, but I am sure that he was the first to inspire me on the subject. Elements of reality can be seen in these types of configurations that aren’t visible in a single photograph. The violent angles created by combining these mosaics bring a new perspective to the way we view and understand our surroundings. When I view a photo mosaic I get sucked into the environment in an enjoyable way.
